A Monday Mood Booster

Mondays are rough. You just had a fun or relaxing weekend and the last thing you want to do is walk into work with a to-do list waiting for you.

But here is a quick list of some things you can do for next Monday:

Early Morning Gym Session:
Start your week off right and healthy: go to the gym. Your endorphins will kick in and you'll feel accomplished before even being "work" productive.

Shower and Stretch:
Wash the sleep out of your system and wake your body up -- even if your brain isn't.

Starbucks or Dunks run:

Pick up your favorite drink and sip it on your way to work. The taste and smell will put you in a great mood and the caffeine will do the rest.

Recap with the Coworkers:
Walk into work and wake yourself up with some good old-fashioned socialization. My coworkers and I always discuss what happened over the weekend and by the end, if the laughing didn't wake me up, their stories did.

And if you're still a zombie, call in sick.
